Handmade Diamond Jewellery - 2 Year Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of each piece and offer a 2 year guarantee on all our products.

Each piece is quality checked before it is shipped, however, these things do happen, so if you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please return it to us for inspection within 30 days of delivery. 

Complimentary repair or replacement

If we determine your piece is defective, we are happy to offer a complementary repair or replacement if available. Upon inspection, if we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and provide you a quote for the repair or the option to refund or exchange.

Please note that our 2 year guarantee does not account for theft, product loss, or loss of gemstones, diamonds, pearls, or other types of stones or embellishment.

Free UK & Europe Shipping

All shipping and handling fees are free for customers based in the UK or Europe.

Unfortunately, as we do not currently offer international shipping, if you do wish to return a product from overseas (i.e. not UK or Europe), you will need to cover all shipping, handling and insurance fees, both, to and from our studio.   

Guaranteed Repairs

If you wish to initiate a repair after your 2 year product guarantee has expired, not to worry, we've still got you.

Please contact us for an initial estimate of the repair fee. Note that an additional £15 will be charged for shipping and handling.
