At Isle of Her, it fills us with so much joy to be able to work directly with our clients to bring to life their unique creations. So, whether it's a treat for yourself, a fellow queen, a loved one or for a special occasion, we've got you covered.

Quality is the cornerstone of everything we do - from the materials we use, the way we show up for our clients and all our pieces being handmade to perfection to achieve maximum sparkle. We work with highly skilled artisans in India with four generations of experience in the trade. All our pieces are handmade, set in solid 18K gold (never plated) and always with natural, ethical and conflict free diamonds.

The Bespoke Process

The Bespoke Design service generally begins with an initial consultation with you to understand what you're looking for and any inspiration you've already found (even if it's on Pinterest, Instagram, the works). We then create a hand drawn professional design to reflect your unique piece followed by a step by step CAD aided designs to help you really picture what it will be like before we get to work.

How It Works

1. Start by getting in touch using the Live Chat or Contact Us form.
2. Initial consultation to better understand what you're looking for and answer any questions
3. Once it's all agreed and decided, an initial deposit (50%) has been paid
4. We will create 3D CAD files so you can see your piece come to life
5. Once your CAD files are approved, the production process takes 4-6 weeks at minimum.
6. Your final piece will be delivered or shipped to you once the remaining 50% project balance is completed.
