Shipping

As a small independent company, shipping is currently limited to UK and Europe and unfortunately, we are not able to offer international shipping. We are however, working very hard to offer international shipping and look forward to sharing this with you soon as we grow the brand.

All orders are shipped from our studio in London, UK. 

Orders placed before 12pm noon GMT (London time) Monday to Friday will be shipped the same working day .

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.

United Kingdom

Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland)

We fully insure your order all the way to you, which means your shipment is safe while it’s being delivered. For added security, all orders require a signature at delivery. 

All Isle of Her orders come gift wrapped at no additional cost to you because, why not? 

If you do have any special requests (e.g. a personalised message) please add a comment in the text box at check out and we’ll do our best to make this as special for you as it is for us.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Note that all orders require a signature at delivery.
