Returns and Exchanges:

1. Email us at hello@isleofher.com to let us know if you want to return/exchange your item.
2. We will send you a returns form for you to fill in and place in the box with your item along with a return label to attach on the outside of the box.
3. Drop the package off at any post office.
4. You will get a tracking number, please hold on to this in case we need to track the package.

*Important* Returns that do not fall within our policy will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.

Is there an extended returns period for Christmas gifts?

Items bought from 24th November to 24th December can be returned or exchanged anytime up until 30th January.

How long will a refund take?

Once we receive the item, we will process the refund within 3 business days. You will receive an email once this is processed. It might take up to 7 business days for your credit card or bank to credit your account.
